Guests have two options for parking. During the ceremony, Pittsburgh police will close the road next to Heinz Memorial Chapel for wedding guests to park. After the ceremony, you can drive over to the reception hall for cocktail hour. If you wish to only park once, then we recommend parking at our reception venue,St Nicholas Cathedral, and walking a block over to the ceremony.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 2:30 in the afternoon. Chapel doors open at 2:00. Please arrive no later than 2:20 to ensure proper seating.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony? What is an unplugged ceremony?
The couple has directed absolutely no phones, cameras, etc to be present during the ceremony. We want to see your smiling faces as we walk down the aisle. Our lovely photographer will be working hard to get the photos that will be shared after the special day. During the reception, you are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as your heart desires.
Where do we go after the cerermony?
Immediately following the ceremony, guests can proceed to St Nicholas Cathedral for cocktail hour. Dinner and reception to follow.
May I bring my kids?
While we do love your kiddos, this is an adult only party. You are only allotted the amount of seats that are listed on your response card.
